Can I cancel or get a refund?You may cancel your subscription to Powernoodle at any time. However, we do not offer refunds. |
What types of payment do you accept?We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. |
Are there fees for participants?No fees whatsoever! One of the key advantages of Powernoodle is your ability to invite anyone into a session — regardless of whether they’ve purchased a plan or not. Because there is no cost to a participant and there’s no software to install, there’s nothing to prevent them from joining your session. |
What does a plan get me?With a Powernoodle5 plan you can have a maximum of 3 concurrent sessions, each with up to 5 participants (6, including yourself). With other plans (PN15, PN25, or PN50) you can run an unlimited number of sessions, with 15, 25, or 50 participants, respectively. |
How long will my Powernoodle Plan be available?All Powernoodle plans are one-year subscriptions, tracked from the original date of purchase. You will receive notification of your pending automatic renewal just before your anniversary date — so you don’t have to remember! You can choose to cancel your subscription at that point, although we’re confident you’ll see the value in sticking with us. |
What if I want more participants for a session?We offer ready-to-purchase Powernoodle plans for 15, 25 and 50 participants. If you need a plan that accommodates more than 50 participants at a time, please give us a call at 1-855-797-6353 or 226-333-9000 and we’ll make it happen |
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?Powernoodle is licensed to you as a one-year subscription with an automatic renewal. There are no contracts or additional minimum obligations for you to maintain. |
Will I receive an invoice?When you make your credit card payment online, you will receive a receipt via email that includes all the details of your purchase. |
