Reflecting on Decision Quality: 2017 Assessment Results

As part of our December newsletter, we created a simple but effective means of assessing and reflecting on how your organization approaches its decision making and the quality of its decisions to provide insight into your organization's decision-making culture and associated organizational decision quality (ODQ).

We invited participants to respond to the following:

Thinking about all the decisions made within your organization this past year and the associated decision making processes, to what extent would you agree with the following statements?

Then, nine statements were rated on a scale of 1 to 5:

  • 1 = Strongly Disagree
  • 2 = Disagree
  • 3 = Neither Agree nor Disagree
  • 4 = Agree
  • 5 = Strongly Agree

The graphs below outline the distribution of responses, and highlight the necessity of improved decision quality and decision processes for organizations today. If you're interested in improving your organization's decision quality, contact our sales team at sales@powernoodle.com
